Bullying is a can be form of faulty parenting style, ot not understanding child's cognition etc. Bullying can be because of Authotarian parenting style, where the parent is strict and tries to control the child. The child in turn does the same and tries controlling other fellows in school.

If child's behaviour, energy level is understood by teachers or parents then that may result in negative forms such as bullying. If child is always labelled in psychological terms in a negative way which may also result in showcasing power to other students. If there is no family conversation in home, the family will not have any clue as in how the child is behaving in school hence which can in turn result in more bullying instead of having friendly nature.
