A hindrance to good observation is observers own subtle false beliefs and prejudices. This type of hindrance is called the Observers Bias. This type of bias hinders the observation by not producing the targeted aim, as the observer concludes the observation from their point of view which is largely influenced by their set of false beliefs and prejudices. These prejudices are in subtle form and the observer may be not conscious of them, hence, to avoid this bias in observation, it is necessary to critically evaluate one's own thinking about the topic that is be observed.
