  • With the help of psychologically test first we can dignose the depression in observation of psychologist or therapist.
  • If, a person is showing meloncholic behaivour and less interest in anything then it may be depression.
  • Depression may genetically present in both of them as father and son both are facing , then with the help of clinical checkup.
  • If, Sucidal tendency is present in both of them.

After, a proper diagnosis only some can say that both are suffering from disorder, because sometime it can be only a learned behaviour as his father is already suffering from such problem, then he may observed annd learned such behaviour and start giving response same. To give effective treatment for the disorder we can use such therapy mention below.

  • Counselling, can work for son as he is in his intial stage of life where he can generated interest toward life but, its quite difficult in case of father as he is in last stage of life that already make depression.
  • Cognitive behaviour therapy, can be helpful in both the generation to come over there depression.
