Globalisation mostly leads to race to the bottom than race to the top.Globalisation results in diminishing the work standard of many countries . The recent cases in Bangladesh where Rana plaza collapse all showing that countries whose economy is on backwards are getting exploited by other nations and their multinational companies .by providing cheap labour and making the labour law flexible some cojntcoun are forced to take such outsourcing job without having any proper job security or safety. . Many multi national companies like Nike , apple has been criticized on lack of security and safety for their contract manufacturing employees in such low class economic countries. Thus globalisation results in poor countries become more poorer and ultimately it is beneficial only for one class of countries.
