Do you believe that if African Americans were raised with dads at an early change thing would be different for them? Why do you think companies that are hiring tend to focus more on race then the experience the person carries? Do you think a way a person receives a sentence has to do with the color of their skin? If yes, why?

These differences happen because the perspective mistake of the higher officials, as they feel like they are comfortable with their kkndkof people not with some other kind of people and also they feel the bond they have with their colour people and not with others.

Its not the way to do but to stop these kind of activities, higher officials who are in a position should be aware about their work and should not be biased. If this is continued, then this difference will go and never be returned .
