Why do you think it’s important to understand these two concepts globalization and pluralization when dealing with race and ethnicity?

Pluralization and globalization are the terms which enter the foreign market , and open their product to the other market. Whenever the product is offered or enters in the market it has to look for the culture of the people. It should the understand the culture, the people, their background, race, how far they are ethinic. Hence if required they can customize their product.

If we want to understand any race, i.e any country and if we consider how far the people living there are open to market, how far modern or global are they.Such as countries like like US, UK esp Newyork or London are more globalized, hence people of multiple race are found there. In the road to progress or industrailization man takes path of knowledge and work and leaves concepts such as race, ethinicity behind. Hence the more globalized the country is, the more open to any culture or new ideas are the people.
