Leadership is about who you are" because this degree will help us in developing leadership skills and impart knowledge about leadership strategies which are required under different situations and effective management of team members as well as helping them align their individual goals towards organizational goals and objectives. Master's degree helps in developing thought process of an individual and provides knowledge about successful devising and implementation of leadership strategies in the long run which is beneficial for the organization.
