Answer #1

I believe that the most important thing that followers want in their leader is the approach that the leader forwards should be unique and different so that it helps them stand out in the crowd of competition. Followers want a strong leader with effective leadership abilities who will be effective enough to convince their followers and ensure that they are important because valuing them is important for a leader or else they may lose their popularity in the process. There are some other aspects like communication skills, articulation skills, reasoning skill along with effective problem solving and successful decision making too. These aspects make a leader complete and that is quite important for them to achieve in their professional field.

When I joined the professional field of business u was very lucky to find a leader like this at the very start, Bob was someone who had a mix of knowledge of both technical and business expertise which made him better than the rest and he always believed in dedication and collaboration and that is the reason we as a team excelled. He was very much approachable and behaved like a friend and used to assist the team and any individual in terms of technical and domain issues which is quite unlikely in leaders. I used to consider him as an idol because his leadership skills were different and he never advertised himself as the leader but still we knew he was because of his role in the project and the organization too.
