Leadership development means expanding once capabilities to organize, evaluate, motivate and winning confidence of others for acheiving goals which are for the benefits of an organisation. The person with this qualities is called a good leader.
For any leader the most important techniques are mentoring others, continous improvement of themselves, learning from past experiences and failures, team work, listen to others carefully, maintaining unity and integrity among his circle.
The main technique is that learning from failures and past experiences always makes you a skilled person and an mature person to understand what is wrong and right.
The main hurdles in a leadership developemnt is selfishness for his own benefits this will always create hurdles and distance among people.
