Answer #1

People follow one based on the quality of one’s relationships, character, and integrity. A leader is the first among the equals and a leader not only shows the way but also walk along with the followers, experience what others experience and suggest solutions for the problems the team experiences. They maintain very good relationship with the team thus knowing everyone in the team. They uphold values, show strong personality and maintain honesty and integrity at all times which persuades someone to follow them. If someone is forced to follow one without one’s consent, that would be dictatorship.

Jesus was a charismatic and transformational leader who just walked with everyone even with those who were considered to be the outcasts of the society and at the same time fighting against the corrupt and hypocritical lives of the leaders of that time. He showed compassion and affection towards everyone he came across touching their lives for the best. He is one of the best leaders the world has ever seen and that’s why even after two thousand years, he still remains the best leader without even considering his divine nature.
