Ans - Dehydration is a state where there is depletion of water in human body. Approximately 60% of body constitue of water.So water becomes most important part of human body.
Causes of dehydration are as following
1 - vomitting
2 - diarrhoea
3 - decrease water intake
4 - diabetes insipidus
Pathophysiology - Low fluid in body causes low blood volume which is seen as low blold pressure and that results in reflex tachycardia. Low blood volumes causes low renal perfusion which result in low urine output. Low blood volume causes low blood supply to brain which causes fainting. So Dehydration affects different organs and in this was symptoms and signs are manifested
