CRM and TQM are similar concepts which focus on better management decisions leading to better operations of the business.

The point of difference is that CRM is entirely focused on improving the customer experience, whether in terms of price, quality, service, delivery etc. but TQM not only covers CRM,but also Supplier Relationship Management(SRM) and other business improvement techniques and ideas.
