Organizational learning refers to the process of creating, retaining and transferring knowledge, most importantly within an organization. There are different trends that keep coming up and the organization has no choice but to keep up with them. This leads to gathering immense knowledge which needs knowledge management. The information gathered must not be stagnant, however, must be kept transferring. Organizational learning takes place at four level, individuals, groups, organizational and inter organizational.
The productivity as a result of organizational learning must be efficient. This would lead to satisfying results as a product of efforts put in by individual members, groups, organization and etcetera.
