Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Training Evaluation Model It can help to objectively analyse the effectiveness and impact of the training program. The four levels are 1 reaction 2 learning 3 behaviour 4 results

reaction measures trainee reacted to the training. Learning measure what your trainings have learnt and how much knowledge we have gained. Behaviour is used to evaluate if the training has impacted their behaviour and attitude towards work. Results include the final outcome that the organisation has determined to be good for business.
