1. The belief in brands has been in from ages. The belief is an positive influence one has towards brand. The image sometimes takes ages to build it. Customers believe in those as they are credibile, reliable and most importantly(some brands) they get deep rooted into the lives of peoples, The more they interact with people, the more it gets believed by the poeple. People gets loyal to the brands they love. They feel a sense of belonging towards it. Eg. Cococola and Iphone brand loyalty are famous examples of brands getting deep rooted in the hearts of people.

2. Yes, The brands can also help in improving the quality of customer's well being.

They provide quality of products with utmost sincerity and reliability towards the services/products being offered. The way of advertising and the reach they get with messages over offline and online marketing gets a heartful touch where it can influence the lives for a greated good cause.
