Answer #1

A manager in the restaurant closely works with the employees and plays a significant role in leadership while delivering managerial responsibilities. Here, the manager involves different elements of leadership to inspire and motivate the employees to achieve the organizational goals. The first element of the leadership is trust between the leader and the follower. It is developed by the action of the leader as manager and the communication made to the employees. It develops trust and employee work under the challenging circumstances of the restaurant. The second element of the leadership is transparency in work, rewards and benefits on offer to the employees. When employees in the restaurant or any other organizational setting, clearly understand their roles and the rewards of successfully delivering the roles, then they become motivated and work to achieve the goals. The third element of leadership is to focus upon the creativity. It helps to deliver the unique and quality services to the customers in the restaurant. It increases the popularity of the restaurant and business also develops. As a result, the organizational objective is achieved. The fourth element is the productivity level of the employees that is significantly raised when proper leadership is applied. It eliminates wastage, brings satisfaction to the consumers and increases profitability of the restaurant.
