Homework Answers

Answer #1

Strength:

My greatest strength is that I am a quick learner. This strength of mine has helped me when faced with new challenges. In my next job, I may not have the practical knowledge of certain working methods or software but I can grasp the knowledge required in a very less amount of time.

Weakness:

My greatest weakness is delegating tasks. When I get any project, I take it on myself to finish the same. Sometimes it results in putting more pressure on me. But with experience, I have learnt to delegate more and become less controlling. This has helped me in investing my time in other important tasks and be more efficient in team coordination.
