They are: American Express, Zerox, Facebook, Trader Joe’s, McDonald’s, Ford, Amazon.com, Pepsi, Accenture, Paychex, Mayo Clinic, Stew Leonard's, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Intuit, and Mattel. Please complete the following steps in order to successfully complete this discussion: (1) From the list of companies, select 2 of the firms. (2) Conduct an Internet search to identify two of the current top-level managers for each company (Examples of titles of top level management positions include President, CEO, Vice President, CFO, COO, etc.). (3) Research each of the two managers that you selected. (4) For each company, type each manager's name and his or her current job title. Then type a one paragraph summary of what you learned about the leadership qualities, beliefs, and behaviors of that particular top-level manager that might explain why he or she was selected for the top-level management position.
