2) Maximize daily activities like brushing your teeth, washing your car etc.

3) Instead of using lifts or escalators use stairs.

4) Go for walk with your family or friends.

5) While you are talking in phone don't sit and talk just walk and talk.

6) Walk or use cycle when you are going near places from your home.

7) Take regular break from your computer.

8) Drink more water it may help to go bathrooms that also a good exercise.
