Why should employees hide forming a union from the employers?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Employees should be hiding forming a union from the employer because they are forming the union against the interest of the organisation and hence it can be seen as an offence from the company's perspective and employer can be having a negative approach towards creation of the union by the employee.

Employees are creating union for protection of their own interest and they are trying to create union for meeting up with their own demands with their organisation but they often do not tell it to the the employers because employers are trying to personally get involved with such employees who huave formed union and they are retaliating by elimination of these employees out of the organization, so it can get ugly at times and Hence, the organisation values should be respected and unions should be formed but they may be hidden from employers in order to do not attract any kind of backlash.
