Answer #1

Employer are trying to insert various clauses which are restricting these joining of trade unions by various employees because they are trying to regulate employees by a clause which is known as the authorisation which will be preventing the employees from joining the trade union and joining of a Trade union could lead to loss of jobs and loss of other better opportunities so employees will be refraining themselves from joining the trade unions

Employers are increasing their opposition to trade unions because they do not want any external interference in the overall business structure and they want complete authority of their employees so they do not want any external interference as they will be the one who want to decide the absolute remuneration and employment contract rather than some trade unions.
