Answer #1

At the time of completion of an important project in my job, I failed to submit that on time. The project was very lengthy and the project needed compilation of billings from various vendors. And because one of the vendor was travelling during that time, so he couldn't send me the documents in time, which made me miss the deadline of the project.

After I missed that deadline, I created a detailed spreadsheet for all the future projects which are due and started requisitioning of the documents on the same day when the vendor finished work which saved a lot of time and hassle and helped me in the timely submission of all my projects.
