Homework Answers

Answer #1

There are a few qualities which a good leader must have. Like:

1) They are confident

2) They are rational and disciplined

3) They are goal-oriented and open to new experiences.

4) They have a sense of understanding and empathy towards others and a broader view.

5) They are not much bothered about people gossiping

So, a good leader needs to be confident, goal oriented, open to new experiences, empathetic towards other's view and of course, disciplined to make a good decision.

Yes, I remember I wanted to change my stream once. I wanted to switch to arts instead of science.

First step in the process was to be confident enough I'll do better in arts and that I truly want to do it!

Rationalizing my decision was the next

Then came the goal oriented process of where I wish to go with arts.

Then, I finally discussed my points with my parents with empathy and understanding that yes, they might be worried with the sudden change, they may feel I'm confused etc.
