Answer #1

One of the most important right at the workplace is FREEDOM FROM ANY KIND OF DISCRIMINATION.

An example of this is that I was working with an MNC in which there were diverse kind of employees and I commonly observed this that whites at the workplace always considered superior to the blacks and this discrimination is not at all accepted at the workplace and hence an employee raised Voice against this .
This right was violated as blacks were not given promotions and salary hikes and hence an employee raised Voice against this and the matter was heard by higher management and finally corrective action was taken by revising the appraised salary of employees.
Also the outcome could have much better if strict rules were also made against such issues and not just solving the current issue. The management should have made stricter rules and punishments to ensure that such kind of activities or any form of discrimination does not take place ever in the organisation.
