A company that I am familiar with that has customers using the company's resources or services differently is Facebook. Some customers use Facebook simply to connect with friends and post pictures while other customers use it for advertising and for data. This impacts the company's managerial decision-making because most of their profits are from the customers paying for advertising and for data, which can create a moral issue for Facebook in deciding to give away their clients information and shopping habits.
