Cologne when stored in the refrigerator and then removed for use is harmful for cologne. The temperature changes are not good and would eventually destroy the colonge faster. Fragrance of the cologne also gets deteriorated. Skin is not prone to cold temperature scent and have adverse effect If cold refrigerated colognes or perfumes are directly used on the skin. Overall storing cologne away from light in relatively cold room temperature conditions is best suited.
