what would happen if the cell nucleus is not functioning properly? explain briefly

Answer #1

The cell nucleus is a membrane-bound structure that contains the cells hereditary information and controls cell growth and reproduction. as the nucleus regulates the integrity of genes and gene expression, it is also referred to as the control centre of a cell. It coordinates protein synthesis and cell division. It protects the DNA, it sends signals to the cells to grow, mature, divide and die.

If the nucleus is functioning properly, then the cell will not able to function properly, it wll not able grow

All the metabolic function of the cell will stop

The cell loss its control and cannot carryout reproduction abd cell division and gradually cells may die. This is becauseprotein synthesis would not be done properly or incorrect proteins would formed which will result in cell death
