Ethical dilemma in an organisation is very common, from the ethical dilemma face by every human resource manager in the human resources management process.

In all the organisational issues or problem, ethical issues are the most difficult problem to handle, deal with.

Ethical issues related issues arise in employments,remuneration, benefits and health and safty are the main issue in which ethical dilemma arise.

Human resources supervisor face dilemma all the time but I' m thinking about the one involving questionable management behavior. Try each dilemma in turn and ask yourself.

Some straightforword situations for questioning mind and understand the situation and its effect.

  • Is any ethical problem here.
  • What is the possible solutions and its effect.
  • Choose the best solution and reduce possible effect or eliminate its effect on the working proces of the organisation.
