Answer- I agree with the statement above because ethical workplace culture is a very important requirement in every organization. If an organization is ethically sound then it boosts the morale of the employees. The employees have a trust and faith in the organization and its working process. Thus, employees work to the best of their abilities and they think that if they should invest their everything in their organization without any bias.

Thus, the productivity of the organization increases a lot. The company does a great business without any hassle.
