Doctors and all the healthcare staff should respect the patients cultural beliefs and religious matters taking into consideration while providing care and treating them.Communication between the doctors and the healthcare staff and between patients should attend sensitively to the benefits of relision and culture.There are few protocols in the hospitals and heathcare industries where special clauses include to give importance to the relisious and spiritual belief of patients.For example patient who comes for some surgery or operation should be known about the type of surgery and can specifically select the date,day and time in order to respect their spirtual needs.But sometime this becomes a ethical dilemma as a doctor cannot wait in emergency cases and he should treat the patient as ones life is important at that point of time that the religious beliefs.
