The companies in the industries might suffer the situations of labor unions. The unions protest against the company's rules and regulations as the workers can protest against the compensation system or its wages system. It is the decision of the labor union and its subsequent leaders. The labor unions can create a change in the Human Resource composition of a company and affect the consequent decisions. The Human Resource Manager has the responsibility to listen to the needs and wants of the workers. It is also his/her obligation to communicate all the issues and concerns to the top managers to make relevant decisions. The manager should also consider the management's idea and communicate it to the workers. The Human Resource manager acts as a mediator, and a negotiator also. It is because the manager will negotiate with the workers about the terms and conditions and make them understand the importance of the management's decision. The managers also must negotiate with the workers on their needs and wants. The workers must also let the manager know about their needs from the top authorities so that the HR manager gets a clear picture of the situation. Secondly, the manager will also offer and fulfill the appropriate needs of the workers. Hence, the HR manager is the binding force between the authorities and the workers.
