When you are confronted with an ethical dilemma, how do you begin? What problems, if any, do you usually experience? How do you solve them?
When I’m confronted with an ethical dilemma, I always sit back and think of the harm my actions would bring on others. If it doesn’t bring any harm to anyone, I would normally go ahead and do it. If it is my problem I found a way to solve it but if it involves many people, it always brings lots of trouble in terms of coming to a conclusion as each one will give their own suggestions based on their brought-up. Another issue will be to make decision without affecting anyone in the group because if someone is not satisfied, even the relationship with that person will also be affected. So, I explain the problem and possible solution to everyone before telling it in the common forum thus getting everyone’s approval thus avoiding personal conflicts.
