1. What is the ethical dilemma of supervised injection facilities and US drugs policies?

The supervised injection facilities are helpful in prevention of infection and injuries due to improper injection and overdose leading to fatalities. But the ethical dilemma in this case is the US drugs policies that prevent the substance abuse and he inherent supervised injection facilities that provide a controlled and tolerable supervised dosing of the drug. The intention of supervised injection facilities is to help reduce the drug use and leading to abstinence leading to leaving the quitting the drug use and abuse. But ethically having facilities that provide the drug in a assisted way and prevent overdose does not significantly solve the substance abuse problems and also not in compliance of the US drugs policies.

The ethical dilemma in a question can be stated when the action taken which is inherently intentionally correct as per procedure leads to crossing of the or violation of the ethical principle in the way and impact that the activity has on the end result. So stating the ethical dilemma should be in such a manner that the objectives and methods along with the ethical principles reach to an impasse leading to thinking on the resolution while balancing both the sides
