It does not mean that a person will behave like a leader if he is nominated as a Vice-president of a company. It is volunteered by a person who is capable of displaying such important attitude in life. He is the chairman and CEO of a very big dialysis machine company in USA with many centers throughout America. He told his experiances in life of how his company reached new heights after being sued and loosing most of the workers after 2006. The company has a tremendous turn-over of over billions of dollars. There should be trust and confidence among employees working in an organization with tendency to help other in times of need and emergency.
