A leadership style is a leader's approach to providing guidance, planning, and motivating people. Many authors have asked to identify several different types of leadership highlighted by leaders in politics, business, or other fields. A study of leadership is conducted [by who?] In the military, presenting a methodology that emphasizes a holistic view of leadership, including how a leader's presence can determine how others perceive it. That leader. Factors for physical presence in this context include military ability, physical strength, reliability and resilience. The intellectual capacity of leaders helps to develop decision-making and acquire working knowledge. Leaders' theoretical capabilities apply agility, judgment, technical innovation and personal knowledge. Domain knowledge includes technical and technical knowledge as well as cultural and geopolitical knowledge. Daniel Goleman (2000) in his article "Leadership That Leads" talks about six leadership roles.

Autocratic leadership styles focus specifically on the differences between authoritarian leaders and their followers. Leaders of this type make sure they only form clear professional relationships. They consider direct supervision a must in maintaining a successful and sustainable environment. The dictatorship style always follows the dictator's vision and does not match those of the mentor. Authoritarian leaders focus on efficiency, seeing the potential of other forms of democracy as obstacles to progress. Examples of dictatorial leadership: The police who lead the movement of teachers, students to task, and leaders lead subordinates to cleaning the workplace. All of these positions require a clear set of features that give the leader a position to sort things out or get points. Authoritarian characteristics include: setting individual goals, engaging mainly in one-way and bottom-up communication, management, dialogue with followers, and dominant interactions.

Many studies have highlighted the relationship between harassment and autonomy and authoritarian ways of resolving conflicts or resolving disagreements. A dictatorial style can create an atmosphere of fear, leaving little room for conversation and when subordinates may find the claim useless. As such, authoritarian mode is sometimes associated with a decrease in team members' satisfaction with democratic modes of leadership.
