Answer #1

Step -1

True life situation came up when i joined a start up company having 30 employees on payroll and 50 trainees. There was no one to lead Human resource, Finance or legal things for my Company.

Step-2

1. The Combination Lock - It was not an easy task for me to lead the team of 30 having the group of people much above my age. There were some less confident, arrogant, rude or sort of indifferent people i came across which usually happen will all.

Gradually, i built up a team by becoming friendly, soft tone, sharing lunch together and forming a family within the Oraganisation.

Now, after gaining their confidence, the conditions were right for me to become a leader for them.

2. The Ignition Key - My core vision is to build an organisation having thousands of people working under me and to take new lead and atmosphere of forming Self-Managed team wherein no middle heads require to supervise their performances.

Yes, I love to be a leader and I am born to be a leader. I lead a team of doctors and nurses when i was born, i lead my family and make them work together for me. I have no profit earning motive here but self satisfaction and sense of acheivement.

3. The Golden Key - Throughout my professional and personal life, what leads me is the voice of conscience which is based on moral, ethical principles which i learned in my life.

When it comes to what is wrong - what is right, Personal interest plays no important role but rather my peace of mind which will be acheived only when I will do some Good out of the toughest situations.

My Courage, my doings is well known to the people working with me and definately i get appreciation and proudly an idol for them.

4. The Front Door Key - There is no need of authority to perform and set an example for others. All you need is to carry confidence, smile and YES wording to say to every situation. People are inspired by those who performs and follows his own principle rather just talking and faking.

I usually do the following things to empower the people which at last develop a high performance workplace:

Team Goal v. Individual Goal : It is very important to understand the employee goal and make him focus for overall team goal. Each individual has their own personal goals which usually contradict with team goal. Therefore best way to acheive the organisational goal is to implement a scheme for some incentives for employees motivation.

If we start offering incentives for Good work done or target based jobs, employee will be able to acheive its personal objective i.e. Good earnings and Organisation objective i.e. Goal.

People working for the organisation are the assets for organisation, therefore for keeping them we may offer ESOP scheme or mediclaim or other aminities that may attract them.

Changes takes place in every business. Therefore we need to train them, provide information and help them.

The Three C's that is Commitment, Control and challenge does affact the employees and therefore it is to implemented very smartly that employees must not feel under control and over supervise. They should feel self managed.

9. The Score Key: Yes, i always set high goals first and to acheive them i set some small goals which is a step towards success accomplition.

Strength - Strong commitment, Willingness, Hardwork and ability to learn
