Answer #1

One major challenge in the adult years is the job situation. One concentrates on getting a good job and performing well in the work front. They are open to changes and moving from one place to another. As the stages go from adolescent, one thinks of improving his self image ,wanting to be in peer groups and social groups.as a young adult he is ready to settle down in marriage and have a family. In Middle age they reach the period of retirement and are no longer willing to accept change, children get older and are no longer dependant on the parents. As senior age approaches, health issues emerge and they sometimes become dependant on the children to take care of them. They no longer have the drive to achieve anything as their priority shifts to taking care of their health and spending time with family and grandchildren.
