Also, I cannot answer this question for you because your teacher has asked you to write about your personal genetics and how it has influenced your development and personality. I have, however, provided a format with examples at each step, you can replace the examples with your own experience.

Country/ area you were brought up in – Example, suburban California – middle class.

Any affliction you might have had while growing up – Example, I had breathing problems and allergies which resulted in frequent visits to the doctor. Furthermore, my afflictions have affected my diet and my personal sense of control when it comes to eating fast-food. This sense of control has permeated into my personality, which has probably made have a good sense of control with anger, extreme situation etc. In other words, my upbringing has been affected by my genetics, and my genetics have indirectly affected my personality.
