To be the most effective, it has been suggested that groups should have members who are diverse in their learning styles. Do you agree with this statement? Is it easier or more difficult to work with members who share the same learning style? Why?
Working with members who have different learning abilities give opportunities to think critically to cater the needs for diverse learning abilities. It will give exposure to a working environment that is rich in diversity as learners learn doing, by watching, hearing or are abstract thinkers, so one has to be well prepared to enhance the learning in the learners. Thus, this enhances creativity and critical thinking.
Though it is easier to work with members of same learning style but its more a monotonous routine and mechanic that lacks challenges and creativity, causing loss of interest in the work.
