I prefer to obey the second principle. It is important that since different individuals would be carrying out handling of different situational aspects, it would be important that there has to be a complete understanding of the situation that the person is in. This is important since toles eould be changing with time. As roles would be identified clearly, there would b an inclusion of of the voices, that might have been overlooked. The individual would be including different people, for their role in a particular situation.
