a) Grid computing and cluster computing
b) Grid computing and cloud computing
c) Utility computing and cloud computing
Hello,
Explanation for a:-
Grid computing has a characteristic of homogenous, While Cluster computing has a characteristic of heterogenous.
The computers, Which are under the grid computing must and should have the same hardware and same operating system.
Similarly, The computers which are under the part of Cluster computing might have the different hardware and different operating system.
Explanation for b:-
Grid Computing have application focus on Collaborative purposes and the mainly architectures used in the grid computing are distributes computing.
Cloud computing have a application focus on web based and commercial purposes, Cloud computing uses the client-server technology
Explanation for c:-
utility computing can be treated as a rent basis. which the hardware products and software which is useful to work, like bandwidth can be used as rent basis as per business requirements and business demands basis and in the utility computing user has a direct interaction.
Cloud computing also similarly acts as utility computing where user dont have any direct intearction.
