I am dealing with the stress by walking and listening music. After some relaxation first i search reason for that particular situation and try to solve it. After that trying to deal that type of situation in deferent way which make me happy. And think always positive which make me stress free

One most difficult part for me is when I am emotionally too much disturb at that time I can not do any thing positively. Constant think about that particular situation make more difficult for learning..
