Using yourself as an example, describe your illness representation when you have a cold. (i.e. identity, causes, timeline, consequences, and controllability)

Answer #1

I first identify a blocked nose as the beginning symptoms of a cold (identityl). This labelling leads me to conclude that my cold is ian acute condition (timeline) with minor consequences and can be cured (control). I then ascertain what may have caused the cold (causes) by reviewing my actives during the past couple of days. For instance, I conclude that being exposed to the rain without an umbrella has lead to the cold. Finally, I engage in health behaviors such as drinking lots of fluid, getting some rest, and combating the cold symptoms with over-the-counter remedies (consequences).
