• Delegating required extreme trust in co workers, whic is hard in practical
• Often supervisors and employees are responsible for important decisions, thus delegating of authority can prove fatal if the co worker is irresponsible
• Delegating Means Loss of Control, which supervisors and employees dont prefer due their loss of power over that work
• Delegating Takes Time and Mentoring the co worker, thus it is avoided
• The failure of task is beared by the manager even after he delegates the task
• Many a times other employees dont support the employee to whom the task is delicated, which makes him difficult to complete the task
