A) Stylised fact is that role of leader is crucial for the well being of team.Leader understands the dynamics of team.Being supervisor is the part more of a discipline achieving goals and deadlines which most of the time neglects complex dynamics of team Hence there is a synergy value for supervisors to adjust the situation to meet their leadership style.

B)Being supervisors when feel a need to focus more on discipline and goal setting part they switch more of a supervisor role from leadership role.
