The term "Persons of Color " obviously cause some sort of sociological grievance. While someone who does not exposed to Racism may think that " Persons of Color " is a poetical term to symbolize different characters of people.

This term is used by Martin Luther King Jr. in 1963 as "citizens of color " . Later it became popularised and used to decribe any person who is not white.

A scholor named Joseph Tuman of San Francisco State University explains the term in a positive aspect . He defines that this term "Persons of Color " is actually unites all non-white ethnic groups into a large single group.
