Interpersonal skills are the skills of an individual which are used to present themselves and to understand others. These skills are often associated with communication. Some of these skills are understanding one's body language, attitude , presenting themselves and emotional intelligence. These skills are very important for every employee inorder to mingle in a team . These are equally important for a leader. This is because a leader needs to understand their team and every member will be different from one another. Hence a leader must know how to communicate with them .Hence interpersonal skills are equally important for a leader.
