Business management skills are very important in order to make the business successful. There are various challenges that are hurdle in the way f success but a skilled manager defeat all those challenges and make the company successful.

Here are some most important key management skills that a manager should demonstrate in order to get success in business.

Make Relation with team- The manager should make a responsive interpersonal relationship with the members of the company. This can be achieved by showing trust, integrity, collaboration, respect and dependability. One the manager is able to make such relation then it will be easier to get the work done through them. Otherwise the employees will take the words for nothing.

Effective Communication- Communication is very important in the organization. Otherwise manager wills speak X and employees will take it Y sand execute Z. Effective communication can be get by implementing 7c’s of the communication in the conversation. This will give the clear message to the employees and they will c=execute as per the message. Further the communication should be two way. The manager should also listen the feedback of the employees.

Team building- The manager should build the team so that each and every employee of the organization can collaborate effectively with each other. The benefit of this is in the presence of a team builder the team thinks that they have become more productive, creative and effective.

Lead by Example- The manager should lead by the example. First the manager should work and then the employees will follow the leader. Actually in the corporation employees follow the leaders. If leader is good then the employees will be good and if the manager has any integrity issue then the employees will shoe integrity as well. So the manager should pose itself as an example.

Understanding the need of the employees- You help the employees and employees will help you. And this can be

done by accessing their needs. And among the various needs financial need is very important. The manager should insure that he or she is paying the employees as per the industry standards. Otherwise in lack of motivation they will work as per the salary given to them. All the management will ail if the salary is not handsome. Because end of the day the employees have to run their house. So money is the best motivator. There should be proper compensation and incentive plan that will motivate them to achieve greater.
