Organization's mission and vision are correlated , these both are related to organization purpose and aspiration and both are communicated in some written form. this both statement will provides the answers about who we are , what do we value, where we are going. A mission statement will communicate the organization reasons for being and how it is aspire to serve the stakeholder. The vision statement communicates future oriented declarations of the company purpose and aspiration, it is narrower in nature. Together vision and vision statement will give the strategy to for development , help communicate the organization purpose to the internal and external stakeholders and also informs them the objectives and goal sets in order to determine the whether the strategy is on correct track.

In order to communicate the organization strategy to the internal stake holder there are three steps.1) create common ground in your product description, be consist and leave the room for adjustment. The way in which you are going to describe your product must remain consistent when you are talking to internal stakeholder regardless of where they are positioned. Every stakeholder has the interest in the product which you are developing. When you describe your product the language you use should be reflective of that commonality. in other words the description of the product must have tangible meaning for your customer. when communicating the vision of your organization to the stakeholder the last thing which you need to do is bog them down with the abundance of difficult information that buries your message. Your mission should be clear so that you can describe it quickly in understandable manner. The more focused message will click the audience attraction right away. One last thing every founder must keep in mind is that your mission can be more wider than your product or service.As an entrepreneur you are able to view your product as fluid , rather than the fixed entity.

As a entrepreneur your vision should assist internal stakeholders in supporting the change initiatives. Read your companies vision statement then ask with yourself " is that inspiring to the employees?", yeah it is not difficult to tell. I believe the best vision statement will inspire the internal stakeholder. The good and effective vision statement will tell about the story of the advantages the company creates, the impact of the service and products have on others. and kind of organization which needs to relate that value. The vision statement includes the set of idea that tells the future state of the company. the company vision essentially your dreams reduce to realistic and also achievable aspirations. you should able to clearly declare what they aspire to achieve and their vision should make sense to the all internal stakeholders. combine your values with your purpose to create your road map to the future.
