Mission of the organisation is to provide quaternary care to the community in a compassionate ,dignified and distinctive way .

Vision of the organisation is to be ultimate health care.

In the day to day activities, we achieve our mission and vision by providing patient centered quality care in a reliable , cost effective and timely manner.

We take the feedback from the patient and their relatives to ensure whether we achieved our goal or not and analysis is done on the basis.

For the attainment of mission and vision the following are done :-

- patient centered quality care

- the care is accessible to everyone

- the care is feasible

- accoutability is maintained

- timely care is provided

- reliable

- proper training of the staffs

- not only physical but also psychological care is provided , including the different aspects
